Venting Ever since my failed Full Suspension Hanging attempt 6 days ago, I feel like a ghost.

The only reason I survived my full suspension hanging is because I used a standalone pullup bar and used all my body strength to knock it down. Had it been a wall mounted pullup bar, there is absolutely 0% chance I could have escaped. I know what I did wrong though, and now I have a good feel for hanging. Once my esophagus heals, I will try again within the next week, this time there will be no failure.


My death date was 9-08-2026, I died. I now feel like a ghost who is not supposed to be in this realm.

Since I am now a ghost, from here on out I wish to be called Mr. Ghost

What activities do ghosts even do anyway? Someone recommend ghost activities.

What's a standalone bar? I know door-frame mounted (if you have solid concrete walls).

I think good ghost activities are reading, observing people, doing non-destructive vandalism like moving objects to different places or walking in nature.

I'm not sure, but ghosts are definitely not going to be able to hang themselves because they're just going to pass through the pull up bar/noose.

No, I tipped it over myself. When I started suffocating for too long, I used all my body strength and swung myself forward in hopes that it'd fall on my bed. It's very sturdy so I'm surprised I had the strength to even do that.

why didnt you loss consciousness with FSH.How many seconds did you suffocate.What size rope and where did you position the noose ?
