Disappointing morning. Was supposed to be starting this therapy today, only the therapist is OOO sick so just saw the shrink. Apparently I'm on a waiting list to see the psychiatric team and where I've been going is the emergency crisis team. The therapy (EMDR) is for people who have a particular vision, nightmare, bad memory. I have so many so not sure how this going to help me But in order to still have euthanasia as an option, I'll need to attend
I had to delve into my past which again caused distress and crying. I did get her to confirm that the CTB tablets I have from 2018 are still effective which was somewhat of a relief to hear.
She said I should go back to the UK to say goodbye to family and friends before I CTB but don't think I could bear to do that. I did say that I did want the euthanasia but don't know how long before I can get it

I guess what they meant is that it is good to have some kind of closure with ppl who care before you actually go. It is a nice thing to them and to you.

I consider those who are able to get euthanasia as being very fortunate, it's not even legal in my country, but to me it's unfair how people have to suffer so much to be able to access it, and it sounds really tiring what you've been through. But anyway I wish you the best of luck.
