How do you cope with envy? (i you feel it)

I can't stand it when i hear / see people that are rich or succesful and im aware it's becase of my envy, because im a loser. Is not losing the only way to stop?

I also feel like succeful people never felt like i feel every day of my life. They are talking about things like strong will or consistency, while they are just born / raised into a people that are naturally capable to keep these things on high level. They have no understanding how it is to be so weak, that you are being basicly hold by invisible shackles. Succesful people are ignorant towards unsuccesful people.

I get crushed when I see other ppl with bf/gfs... No one wants me and it hurts so much...

I struggle with this a lot but consciously I know I should just look ahead, it makes no sense to compare yourself to others, you probably come from completely different backstories and difficulties.
