I feel so empty, so many people told me "If you get this you won't be happy", "A gf won't make you happy", "You'll never be happy, you'll have to deal with this forever." They were right, weren't they? I don't want to have to keep my illnesses in check for the rest of my life. It be selfish for me to bring a family into the world wouldn't it?

I personally believe that procreation is very selfish as it just means that unnecessary suffering will be experienced. There is no need to bring more life into such a cruel world, it can never be beneficial as if you never exist then you have no problems, I do wish that I was never born more than anything of course. Your feelings of not wanting to suffer for the rest of your life are understandable. It can certainly be tiring enduring this life.
