I found this yesterday night at some point before falling asleep.
In case you do not wish to watch the video, he climbed an electric pole (I forgot the English name, you know the tall thing interconnecting everyone's electricity), and once he was up there he touched very high charge, no insulation, got shocked and fell off. Most likely died before his impact on the ground.
What would the pain factor be for this? Or the shock one (forgive the unintentional pun)
Fear? Does this have a solid success rate? Living through this would... yeah fuck please no.
By shock I mostly meant how quickly would your consciousness dissappear? How quickly would your mind draw a blank?
I'm not the best doctor, I haven't experienced electro shock therapy or anything similar not to mention that this would be a colossally higher voltage.
What are the factors here? And do you guys have any thoughts on this method?

From my understanding, not fun.
Success rate I've seen it a bit above 50%, I guess depends on how you do it. Low voltage current drop-a-toaster-in-the-batthub seems to be quite painful, and slower, far from instant at least, if also more common. Also a bunch of deadly accidents like that. With higher voltages tho, well the electric chair is a thing, so it works, sometimes, just how instant and painless I'd say it's pretty debatable. If you touch an uninsulated cable like this poor guy then there would be burns, but those I think painless, and the brain would get blasted with a bunch of electricity which that it may not enjoy, but I don't know if the cardiac arrhytmia would set off first or fast at all. I'm no electrician either. Looked it up a bit and I think the main source of pain would come from muscles, and the nerve endings and pain receptors getting very funky, and yes the heart, and you are supposedly conscious but unable to do anything while that's going on so... yeah I just keep reading it is pretty painful for how long it lasts even more so if you fail and stay allive after.

so maybe someone knows better but can't recommend it at all, seems like a pretty awful way to spend your last moments :/
