when I go out for a walk, my main activity is eating something like a pastry or a sandwich that I am not hungry for and don't need. I can't see the point of walking without a reward, but I have put on a kilogram of weight. It's also a heatwave. I'm trying to decide whether to go out or not.
I could go for a walk with no reward, but my mind is just blank and there is no pleasure in the walk for me, so I'm not sure I can motivate myself.
I'm walking quite slowly, without a lot of energy, and it's quite an effort just to leave the hospital grounds, let alone walk further.
I wish I was fitter, but it's either the medication or the depression, so I am slow.
I'm not sure what is worse: no activity or activity and eating too much.....
My other option is watching TV all day long, which also gets really dull.
TIA
