  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Yeah it's really down to luck really. Some people have a a quick death, others will have a long drawn out painful one.

One of my grandfathers went to bed feeling fine one night and had a severe stroke early the next morning. He was dead by midday. Not a bad way to go at all.

If I somehow don't managed to ctb on my own terms, I can only hope they MAID is so widely implemented that we can choose our time. I'm in my mid 40s so in another 30 years I think that's widely possible.

I'm already at the stage where if I developed a fatal non curable illness I'd be booking that flight to Switzerland. Mercifully they are way ahead of the curve there.

Not always. My grandma was in a lot of pain for weeks before she died. They had to do an assisted suicide for her at the hospital since she was living but living in alot of pain. Even with the maximum dose of pain meds she still ached.
