Yeah it's really down to luck really. Some people have a a quick death, others will have a long drawn out painful one.
One of my grandfathers went to bed feeling fine one night and had a severe stroke early the next morning. He was dead by midday. Not a bad way to go at all.
If I somehow don't managed to ctb on my own terms, I can only hope they MAID is so widely implemented that we can choose our time. I'm in my mid 40s so in another 30 years I think that's widely possible.
I'm already at the stage where if I developed a fatal non curable illness I'd be booking that flight to Switzerland. Mercifully they are way ahead of the curve there.
