Slept ig. Woke up and ik im not gonna get anymore sleep but it feels pointless to even get up today/rn. To have plans or goals of the day when the intensity of emotional flashbacks is killing me. Can't die. Don't have anything to even try. Nothing is if interest or able to be engaged with. So im just... awake. Stuck or whatever. I could get up and I could do things but I can't handle the ruin of it all. The flashbacks.

I dunno what to do.

Im sorry u feel that way, its so horrible that as human beings we dont have the rights to decide to die peacefully as we should.
