Drinking apricot kernel oil?

So I already know that apricots contain small amounts of cyanide. Would drinking apricot kernel oil do the trick? Amazon sells it by the gallon. It almost seems to good to be true.

You'd have to drink A LOT to suffer any I'll effects and you'd probably be incapable of drinking enough oil to cause any harm without causing vomiting or diarrhoea to excrete it
The compound in apricot pits (as well as apple seeds, bitter almonds, and pits of other stone fruits) that converts to cyanide in the body is called amygdalin. You can actually buy amygdalin (B-17) tablets as a health supplement. This isn't like taking cyanide though. This would entail a painful process over the course of multiple hours as the amygdalin breaks down in your body and poisons you. There are some threads on here about it.
