Method draft of SN protocol, feedback appreciated.

I made this really quickly, so its really simple and vague. Sorry about that.

Fast for atleast 4-8 hours before

1 hour before: Tylenol extra strength, 200 mg each pill. Take 3.

45 mins before: 30 mg Metoclopramide

30 mins before: im thinking of using tums, but im not sure if those are good enough.

im on a really, really tight budget, with only about 50 dollars to spare. I managed to find some SN online with the price rounding up to 42 dollars. I already have the tums and Tylenol extra strength, but I might not be able to get the Metoclopramide.

1st, hopefully you are able to test your SN purity. Antacid might help in preventing some bad side effects preferably magnesium+alum hydroxide or calc carbonate, but the use of antacid is still debated look up the SN bible by vizzy if you aren't sure about antacid. And if you can get your hand on benzos, do try to get some.

I would suggest to plan out your last meal to make sure you fast enough time for your stomach to be completely empty as this is a very important step. You can chat with AI to see how long you should expect the food to pass through.
For me, I'm going to have a slice of toast with a thin layer of peanut butter 8 hrs before SN ingest to be completely sure. This is mainly in case you vomit, you can easily still have absorbed enough of the SN if your stomach was empty.

As for the Tums, they aren't really necessary as antacid has been debunked as required in recent research with this method.
Also, In researching about how to relieve the headache, I found that Tylenol/ibuprofen is pretty unlikely to help this kind of headache you'd experience from SN.
I would highly suggest getting metoclopramide but if you cant, plenty of people who take it end up throwing up anyway and there are successful CTBers that didn't use any anti-emetic.

The less substances in your stomach (excluding meto), the greater chance of you holding down the SN long enough to do its work.
Though if these would help you feel more at ease, go for it.
This method seems hard to mess up as long as you make sure your stomach is empty and you are not found too early.
