Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

In theory, SN is the same for every method. I've read that even in assisted suicide, SI is problematic. And it makes sense. The brain is not designed to kill itself. If you consider hanging, please think twice. The other day, I just wanted to put my rope around my neck to see how it feels, but then I couldn't remove the rope (it was blocked !) so I almost had a panic attack. Scissors didn't help, so I took my big bread knife and I could cut the rope. It was just a "simulation", but my SI almost drove me crazy... It was finally an "interesting" experience to "test" my SI but no way, hanging is not for me. Sorry if I didn't answer to your question (I didn't survive SN but some members did).
