• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The reason is that I suffer from severe panic disorder; if I fall into a state of panic, undergoing the CTB might be difficult.

Each person reacts to SN differently, but rapid breathing and increased heart rate are one of the reactions to reduced oxygen in the brain. This is why it is suggested that you take benzos of some sort to combat any anxiety that may result.

Probably.
That's what the benzos are for.
That's what the beta blockers are for (the racing heart)… for those who add them to their protocol.
A full list of symptoms you may experience are listed right here in the SN Bible…

I've read about the rapid heartbeat more often, not sure if always, but near to always.
(haven't read often with shortness of breath, but when there is panic maybe it could leads to this..)

yes this beta blocker would be important to this, I don't know if the heartbeat is still rapid then.. ( I mean the meto did not really work 100% against vomiting... so I don't know. .)
