Discussion Does PSH work or does it not?

I've read a few times on here now that PSH doesnt work as well as FSH / is less likely to be successful, but why? I've done multiple test runs on it and as soon as I find that sweet spot it seems to work amazing, my vision starts to fuzz and turn black within seconds. Is something with PSH more likely to go wrong after you pass out or something? I'd love to know what other people think of this method.

You got the desired outcome! It's tricky to get the details right, that's why so many give up on it. But once you're at the point where you feel what you just described, it's a method with a high success rate.

The only things that can go wrong afterwards are anchor/ligature breaking, being found, or (in rare cases) somehow waking up a few seconds later.

Thank you for the info! I'll keep that in mind, I'm pretty sure my anchor is sturdy enough, I'm just worried that when I do decide to ctb I'll manage to mess up finding the spot again.. (even though so far it's only ever taken a few minutes)

I think mainly the fact that you can just stand up or such is what puts people off of it, while with fsh there's zero going back, once you've done the step there's no way to step back

i dont know why in the tutorials they dont encourageto use benzo or opiods to stay in place

I'm not sure those help too much, benzos have never really been that sedating for me personally, but I get how that would generally be useful

I tried it and it didn't work for me. If you tried and it worked for you I would say go for it but FSH seems more sure since you can't really get up or anything yk.

I just saw the video of the ctb by psh of a Japanese lady called on tiktok sweeter_nk, it occurred yesterday and is easy to find the video on wpd but I won't post the link here as it's probably not allowed.

Honnestly the method seems to work well and be very peaceful. She goes in seconds without even fighting.

I prefer to not post this here, even if it's imo also educational and it's exactly why I watch this kind of content : finding the less painful method for myself, specially because I'm highly considering hanging even if I would prefer fsh as it seems easier and more safe.

Yeah, I get that. Don't worry about it, I found it immediately, thank you for the offer though! I'm as of yet a little scared of FSH due to the (possibly only percieved) possibility of doing something wrong in the setup and suffocating painfully, although hopefully I'm getting SN soon anyways.

I believe that fsh has less possibilities to go wrong than psh, as with psh you could theoretically still stand up on your feet. With fsh as long as your rope and anchor points are good, you can only die as you won't have any possibility to leave. It's only my opinion ofc but that's why I prefer fsh. Sn by the few videos I saw and also the Moonie witness post (if you saw it), it seems still a long agony with puking and so. But there isn't many "feedback" (if I can say like this) of sn deaths compared to hangings. But in this psh video it's true that she goes out incredibly fast.

I think SN is alright with benzos and antiemetics, you just have to do it right. Personally I'd take it over any form of hanging since I could just be nearly 100% sure of dying unless I for some reason call emergency services. That's also just my opinion of course though..
