I want to ctb but i dont even have the energy to bring the supplies out and go through that whole ordeal of fighting your survival instinct.
I am just so tired and lifeless.
Cant just someone do it for me.

Yes I feel you It's a very strong urge to mentally say I'm ready but going through with it is work all by itself! If there was a easier way!

I'm sorry for your struggles :( I don't have the energy as well but I think it's better to do it once than to be in pain your whole life. Hugs
