this is how it goes for me... wake up, take morning pills, watch tv or something else useless, take afternoon meds, do the same, take night meds, watch tv for a few hours and fall asleep.

Top Tip: If you don't get out of the bed in the first place, you never have to wait all day to get back in it.![]()
Okay, okay, I get up to use the loo. I have an en-suite so it's only a few steps away. I'm not quite at the point where I'm wearing adult diapers. I still have some standards.I'd need a catheter and colostomy bag to pull that off, but it is true I live 99% percent of my life in my sleepwear now.
Sounds just like my days, wake up, check SS, take meds, sometimes more sleeping pills, sleep as much of the day as I can, some tv, evening surfing on iPad in bed, meds + more sleeping pills .........Basically. I get up, get dressed then pretty much lay back on the bed for the rest of the day and watch YouTube or something. My existence has become totally pointless lately. I'm completely stuck in a rut and I don't know how to break this cycle.
Every single day. Being awake is agony and I hate living through each day. I'm usually just sat around until it gets reasonably dark and then I'm outta there and into the cave.
