Does anyone else not have a planned future?

I've never really thought about how I will be in the future. Maybe Ill just be dead by whatever cause that might be, Or maybe ill be happy, or more depressed, or excited somehow. I tend to just think whatever happens, happens. Maybe even one day out of nowhere despite everything I had done, it'll all become to much and Ill simply end it. I just CANT know, and setting up any kind of long term, even short term future feels fake or strange.

I can't make plans because there is always uncertainty looming around the corner.

Things like to happen to me at the most inopportune moments and sometimes have some pretty life-impacting consequences.

Planning is like setting myself up for a bad time, so for me it's way better to take it day by day.

Nope, no future for me. My anxiety denies me any long term planning...and short term planning too. I live a day at a time. Might be a blessing, might be a curse, but that's how I roll.

I don't see happiness in my future, not genuine happiness I once felt, I have brief moments of a smile or a laugh about something. I think it's easier to plan when you have something to look forward to.

Every time I try to make long term plans they get derailed by someone else's plans or the people I need help from in order to accomplish my plan go back on their word. I just play things by ear.
