Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I ruminate. I'm not sure I'd call it intentional but it's definitely psychological self harm. Especially when the stuff I ruminate over sends me into panic spirals.

I do sometimes look at old messages that have done much harm to me. Losing friends, getting told I'm not loved, checking the archives for that time I was getting doxxed, etcetera. Like SH, it's tormentous, but I have no idea why I keep doing this to myself, reminding me of my failures.
Yes. My mind is constantly bringing up old things from the past (even just recent past) that I regret doing or even seeing and it pushes me further down into the vortex of despair, regardless of how much I could've influenced the situation, if I even had a shot of influencing it at all.
Also, I moderate this forum, I think mental harm is a given /jk :P

Oh yeah, I do that a lot. For some reason I hadn't really thought of it that way, as "mental self-harm". I think that's a very apt way of putting it.
For me I spend most of my time being sad or fantasizing about alternate realities and otherworldly realms (think of Isekai animes) where I can be truly happy.
I am guilty of brooding and ruminating a lot. I tend to obsess over past injustices and people who have wronged me. I'd say that's a form of mental self-harm.
Another thing I've done before is go on social media and look up the profiles of people who bullied me in school. Seeing how much further ahead in life they are compared to me, seeing their robust social lives, massive friend groups, seeing them having the time of their lives at wild college parties and living life to the fullest, is potent ragefuel and makes me want to put a bullet through my skull.

I ruminate and catastrophize all day, exacerbating my MDD. I am always obsessively doom scrolling the latest horrors going on in the world. I can't stop. It is like an addiction. I need to die to shut my brain off!
