No one even knows I'm suicidal. As I read some of you, I feel like it's much easier when no one knows, I don't have to worry about what my family and friends think, I don't have to reassure them that I'm fine, I don't have to face how bad they feel not being able to help me. Only my therapist knows I'm suicidal and I've mentioned being on that forum. She's okay with it, she knows it can help sometimes.
