Do you think theres a way to make family/friends suffer less?

I think if you have people who love you, the devastation will be immeasurable. There's no way around it.

I try and tell myself that one day down the line, they'll eventually hurt less, as is with the passing of someone you love. I plan on leaving notes, resources etc as others have said.
