I am Hindu and according to it you become ghost

From what I have researched we live as ghost on earth for remaining years of natural life( i.e if we had died natural death) and after we reborn with all the problem we have in this life plus bad karma for suicide.Good thing I have stopped believing in religion now.

No. I'm not a Christian but a loving god would never condemn someone who took their life in despair. I can never believe that.

no, i believe in God with everything inside of me and if the only thing my beliefs are stopping me from doing is committing suicide, i think that's rather beautiful. doubt it'll actually stop me, still i think it's a nice idea

As someone else stated I have seriously considered that we are in hell now. If you are supposed to be in hell and not know it this reality would suffice. You can experience some joy and achieve success and experience beauty here along with all of the pain and ugliness. My theory is that you can get out early via suicide which would be breaking the rules. Ultimately no one can prove or disprove anything they believe. Knowing the Bible , Koran etc doesn't prove anything either except that this individual believes it. I think many people keep going back to church because they really aren't as sure as they'd like to believe they are. And if we're God's temples then why would he send us to hell himself but we can't?! If he is perfect then I'm confused because this world, the human race and the Bible itself are highly imperfect. I told a Pentecostal guy I know God has a poor track record and he asked what I meant. I said isn't most of humanity going to hell to which he replied " I guess so" and I said there's your answer. I don't accept that any of us were created and most of us are going to hell. I for one didn't request to be created and will request to be uncreated at this judgement crap I keep hearing about. But looking around at most of humanity I can see a need for a hell. Conversely, I believe that actually being sent to hell is God giving you a chance to get your self right with him. If you do go to a hell I do not believe you stay for eternity. This question has been asked several times before on SS by the way. The Catholic church invented the notion that you go to hell if you commit suicide in the 6th century ad.
There is also no mention whatsoever of a suicide going to hell in the bible.

I agree with your post. Yet they constantly tell us the fleeting crap pleasures like eating a sandwich or watching a youtb video are worth years of that kind of pain

What do we class as hell... this life we live now or this earth is already my hell. so for me, who doesnt belive in such .. hell would be a nice change for me im already a tortured soul. Plus hell would probably kick my ass out for bringing the mood down..
