I think the way your question is phrased is kind of mischievous, almost as if you're making the implication that people who struggle with their mental health just need to stop feeling sorry for themselves, pull themselves up by the bootstraps, and get over it.do you think that you feel sorry for yourself? Do you think that if you do, it plays a major role in why you want to ctb?
There's a few values I've lived by most of my life. One being, "don't feel sorry for yourself".
I'm testing the waters to see what other people think.
There is a lot of complexity and nuance with people's struggles and it's okay to sit with them through it.
