I don't at any embarrassment - it's my choice and I have a right to end it as I see fit.

But I am aware that my family will probably feel embarrassed. I will be the last person they expected it from. More so, if I end up livestreaming it as planned (assuming I can figure out how to do that)

In some countries and cultures (some religions as well) it is considered as shameful, but in my country, they offer help if you struggle with such condition.

I do feel ashamed that my brain caves to self destruction so easily while others endure the pain for some reason. Sometimes I think I'm weak or defective for it. Comparison is a bitch, even when you are literally comparing your willingness to not-die.
If I ever do it I would be faaaaar from the top of the list of people they least expected though. I'm pretty sure some people I've lost contact with think I'm probably dead and I wouldn't blame them for taking those odds.
I don''t know If you have said this already but why are you planning on livestraming it? What brings you to that?

Yes I'm embarrassed about it, ashamed. I've been conditioned to feel that way though. I have realized one thing. If you're miserable and that doesn't change for a long time you're better off dead. what's the point in living when you're just suffering? think about it.

Regarding livestreaming - I don't know - in the same way, I don't understand why I am suicidal. It just feels right. I suppose I could give you all these arguments that favour it, like education, but they are not true - it's just something about being watched in my final moments that feels right, but I don't know how to do it, so I may just bypass it thought and get on with it. I say that, because it may be my excuse to delay it.

I don't feel embarassed or ashamed. I think it's a reasonable reaction to this life. I think maybe another interesting question is: Will our families feel embarassed? And, is there cause for them to be?

Sort of. I had a lot going for me when I was younger. I'm barely functioning in spite of how privileged I am.

My constant failure to actually ctb makes me feel more ashamed. I always back out when I attempt. It's really pathetic.
