• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've seen a lot of discussion about both these methods.

I understand that full suspension hanging is when you have a ligature tied to something high that will take your bodyweight and the other end around your neck, with you ending up hanging off of the ground, but the difference between partial hanging and lig is confusing me. Can anyone explain it for my clarification (and also what the theories behind each are - ie, what makes you die from it)?

Cheers

So is there not really much difference in experience between both those forms of violent mechanical asphyxia?
