Hello,

I wanted to know if any of you know how to leave gently? I live in France and my life has become unbearable, but I'm so weak that I'm unable to end this nightmare abruptly.

I don't know how to do it; I'm lost.

Please help me

I don't know any gentle way. Sn is what I hear most often. I heard gas method can be peaceful if done right but it requires some equipment. I don't know if there's ever a truely peaceful way just none bloody none violent ones that are only discomforting to painful for some. Maybe they are painless tho

I really understand as I also just wish to peacefully cease existing, I always wish there's the option to simply cease existing in peace as I also find it so torturous and unbearable to exist and I see so much cruelty in how I cannot just have a death like never waking again, it's just so cruel to me how there's all this suffering in existing and it sounds like you've suffered a lot, I hope that you find the peace you search for.

Thank you very much for your message. That's exactly right. People should be allowed to leave with dignity as long as they are in good spirits. This double suffering is unjust.
