• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It's been a very very rough time for me these past months and even though today I felt really bad I still made the first step to go do something I really needed to do for my physical health and I'm pretty glad I did. The person there was really kind and respectful and I scheduled a future appointment. I always dread the first time doing anything but I know I just need to do it no matter how or what I feel. A thing that helps me in such situations is imagining that I'm doing it for somebody else and that really does it for me. I know this post is just a big nothing burger but I still wanted to share this, sorry :)

Yeh it's nice to see someone make progress and you also shared a technique to avoid procrastinating that I've never heard before, so thanks for sharing! And well done!

Great to see you taking steps to care for yourself.

I did similar, spent a long time in pain because
a) I didn't think I was worth treating,
b) I had a plan to CTB so what was the point.

A month ago I took the plunge and got some help, saw a specialist who has treated the issue and hey, last night I slept all night without waking in pain.

So, good on you! I hope you get better x
