Desire to be another

There's a strong desire to be someone else maybe stemming from the deep dissatisfaction from my own life but this sort of thing had always been present ever since I was a child, it just evolved from there. Ever since I was a kid I'd daydream a lot about being a certain way that's exactly how I desire, to my looks, personality, gender, age, interests, life, ethnicity, blood type, quite literally everything you can possibly think of. But when I have to return back to reality and take a deep look at myself and see how nothing about me is the way I want it to be, infact the complete opposite, I feel utterly devastated. There are things I can't change about myself that genuinely drive me insane. It's very depressing and even more since I can't do anything about it.

Same here. I'm convinced some of us are just born as the wrong person.

Its like you're not even supposed to belong here and it just intensifies this urge to get out of this current vessel but that's impossible. Even if some things are not set in stone it's just seems impossible because of the hopeless circumstances and even moreso when you have zero trust in yourself and your abilities.
