Due to spending months trying to find SN to be posted to the UK without any luck, I've opted for dehydration. I'm on day 4 with no fluids, however I'm not starving myself, I'm only eating dried food to prevent water intake.

I've got all the symptoms of severe dehydration which is still manageable with pain meds and I shouldn't have any water retention because I've lost 4 pounds.

How do I expedite the process?

I'm interested to learn more. How many days with no fluids will it take to ctb? what about with no food and using benzos and pain meds? I've already stopped eating for the most part, just want to know if its a viable option and how long (don't want to be found).

They say about 4-7 days but it will vary from person to person depending on their current health, age, weight.

I've tried no food/water for 2 weeks and found that it was painful and drawn out, I kept drinking water to offset the hunger. I don't recommend starvation as it'll take too long and the risk of getting caught is high.

My family knows i'm not eating and doesn't seem to care since I was overweight. Besides i just put in a "grocery order" to help ease their very limited concern. would a drug or something else help knock me out for most of it?

It also depends on how much fuel reserves the body has to use up before it starts shutting down. The more muscle/fat the body has the longer it takes to CTB.

Being honest, seems like a bad idea. It's slow, painful, and there is a high chance of you getting caught. Also instincts may kick in and force you to drink water or some fluids.

Biggest risk is kidneys. If you choose to stop in the middle, irreversible kidney damage. That's why I would do it either in scorching heat or the full way.

Hmm, I'd say take sleep meds. Just sleep. Sleep. Sleep.

I went 7 days without water ... I was very disappointed. I think everyone is different and it depends on your body type and weight. There are a lot of foods that have liquid in them so that may be another reason - even a sip of water puts you back.

Wtf. What were your symptoms after that time?

I was very lethargic, sleepy, disoriented. Most people who use this method are old and feeble (unable to take care of themselves) - they're in nursing homes or hospitals where they are given medication to help them. I've also thought of this way too.

well, it's different for a lot of people but just to start, you can get a sore throat, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and the list goes on. You can Google it. It's a rough way to go.

To me, it's not about pain it's about how slow the method is

Then again I couldn't jump so I am not one to talk

Eating without liquids is going to cause severe constipation that may require medical attention.

Friend called the ambulance and the pandemics figured it out so this method is off the table.

Back to the drawing board trying to hunt down SN

Honestly it's probably for the best. There was no way this was going to work and likely your kidneys are going to be okay once rehydrated.

For the elderly they give them fentanyl patches and they eventually stop breathing. It isn't only the dehydration that aids in their deaths it's the end of life care as well.
