Death by a thousand cuts

Does anyone else feel like their reason for wanting to die isn't a singular misery, but a thousand little things?

I spent a night in a psychiatric ward once for suicidal ideation. When they asked me why I was suicidal, I honestly couldn't even come up with a coherent answer for this reason.

Yes, I feel the same way. I have so many things going on, there isn't one specific thing that is making me feel depressed. I am hoping you have been feeling better though, sending love.

Honestly, as much as I'm pretty certain of my own reasons for wanting to die, there are certainly a lot of aspects about it that still elude me. Why did I start cutting myself? I honestly have no idea. Maybe it was an urge, a feeling, I don't know.

So yeah, I know the feeling somewhat.

1. Kicked out of college for political protest

2. Kicked out of the military by vengeful drill sergeant who did illegal things to me

3. No job, no healthcare, mounting health problems

Honestly, yeah. That and I truly feel like I have nothing to live for. If someone listed all the reasons I have to live, I'd have a rebuttal for every single one. Even the people and things I care for deeply. I'm just numb about everything. I'm going to try and slowly get my affairs in order and get all the pieces I need to ctb. If nothing changes by the time I've finished, I'll just quietly leave this earth…

Yes I have many-many reasons to die and they are all big.

My guess would be they fell on their knee and broke their kneecap. Hurts like hell and they usually don't do anything about it, just let it heal itself.

I can't pinpoint what's the main reason or the one that started my downward spiral.

I'm just tired.

Everyday, it's another reason piling up.
