Does anyone here know of a method to deal with back and leg pain?
My body is constantly hurting 24/7, I feel like my feet are burning anytime I stand, even when I sit or lay down in hurts. I can't even sleep my back and on the side.
I tried special insoles, pills from doctors, physiotherapy, nothing worked.
I feel as though the pain changes my personality for the worse.
My mind is currently battling between physical pain and mental pain and I'm worried that it will make me a bad person.
I'm more hostile, less patient, more direct.

If you've really tried everything, the next thing to try is probably something called Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I know there's a book called "The Way Out" and I think the Curable app also uses these exercises to retrain your brain and help with changing neural pathways. I haven't tried it yet myself, but some people in my chronic pain groups find it very helpful.

You can also try the supplement PEA for nerve pain. It takes up to three months to start working.

Do you have a root cause for all this pain?

Firstly, thank you for mentioning a couple of methods, I'll read up on them.
Secondly, It started a few months after joining the military, I don't know if it's the army boots or the constant physical work. Every time I go to the doctor it seems like they keep dismissing that's it's the army's fault and keep blaming it on me (I have flat feet but they've never been a problem before). It's extremely hard to get a boots exemption so I'm trying not to have hope. I've tried painkillers but they didn't have an effect.
