9 days without any answer from him. He told me it would take 5 days and everything was going to be OK. So far, nothing. I'll post any update regarding this
I contacted him as expected. Everything was OK. Sent it and nothing. 9 days since. 9 days without answering. Courier service was informing everything was according to plan and all of a sudden "we can't provide information". Weird shit. Assured me 100%, just 5 days to my country and there had not been any issues so far

The email provided in the NOV Edition. Tracking number was Ok, it got through, and was ready to being delivered to me last Thursday. On Friday they updated the info saying delivery date will be announced soon. Yesterday, literally, "we can't provide information". According to the p.status, it got through customs otherwise they wouldn't informing a specific delivery date. But at least I want an answer from him. 9 days.

You are missing the point here. I don't want him to write an email every single day. I wasn't the one who stated that the success rate was 100% in my country. I did my part. He apparently did his part as well. Communication, albeit discreet, should prevail here. There are different ways to sort this thing out.

Btw, I'm in contact with him again. He's doing his best. Apparently, customs is the issue. He's trying to sort it out. I appreciate that regardless of the final outcome.

Doesn't work that way. Even though I got the tracking number, the company can't contact me therefore there's no way I can discern where is my gift. He got a code. With that code, he can contact them in order to know where exactly is the gift located. That's the thing. Communication albeit discreet is essential when something happens along the way. Now we know the gift is stuck in one specific place because of that. I didn't have access to the code. Tomorrow we'll keep fighting. He is doing his best. I appreciate that regardless of the outcome.
