I'll start with 30mg metoclopramide, 1000mg paracetamol and 2 Rennie antacids. 40 minutes later I'll drink one of my two solutions, each with 20g SN and 400mg propanolol in 50ml plain water. I'm going to lie down in bed with my headphones on and listen to a short playlist I made. By the time it ends, I'll be gone.

Even though I haven't spent that much time on SS, I wanted to say thank you to everyone for being so kind and helpful. This website was able to provide me with a safe, peaceful way to CTB and I'm grateful for that.
