Help Cutting my throat

Hi. I have a x-acto knife with me and I was wondering if I would die in case I cut my throat deeply. Would it even be able to cut deeply and would the adrenaline decrease my pain. I have a relatively young, male body.

Yes you would die but you won't be able to cut deep enough before you stop or pass out because of the pain.
