Discussion CTBing and disappearing without a trace

Anyone else want to CTB in a way that'll ensure nobody will ever know for sure what happened to you and won't find your body?
I intend to at least try to make this happen, by hanging myself off a bridge so that my head separates from my body and sinks with it.
I feel like it'll be easier on people if something having happened to me or me having just gone somewhere far away are still possibilities, and it's not clear that I've CTBd.

I really like that idea a lot but it feels very cruel to the people I'm leaving behind

The idea of trying to decapitate yourself sounds like it would be pretty hard to guarantee the outcome you wanted, and could potentially be deeply traumatic for those finding you if it didn't go to plan

I'll be at least a hundred miles away from the nearest human population. Poof, I'm gone. No one will ever find my fucking corpse.

I don't think it would be hard.
It's actually easier to do than normal long drop hanging that'll only break your neck.
All you need to do is lengthen the drop enough to snap your head off.
And I'd be doing it from a bridge over a river.
I should maybe add some weight to my body to ensure it sinks, but I think it should work.
