I get this terrible brain fog at times and is main reason to CTB. My go to method has been hanging but I can't figure out how to tie a slipknot even following multiple YouTube guides and let alone set up hanging correctly. I want to try to recover first, however I want to know if there is any recommend methods for people with brain fog?

One trick that helped me learn the slipknot was to put the video at it's slowest speed and frequently pause when needed. Didn't help me with actually hanging myself yet but I can do a slipknot at least now.
