CTB tonight

I will attempt ctb tonight (well at 3am so technically in the morning). My timezone is GMT+1 and it just turned 6pm so it will be in roughly 9 hours. My method is SN.
Unfortunately, I don't have prescription benzos or antiemetics. I do however have sleeping pills (which have been effective for me in the past). It's a risk but I tried to get prescribed an antiemetic of some sort and my doctor wouldn't budge. I do have an unusually insensitive vomit reflex which will hopefully work to my benefit. I will definitely prepare a 2nd cup of the SN-water mixture. Thank you to everyone who has helped me and interacted with me on here. If I fail, I will be back, but if not, goodbye and I hope you all find peace

I would also like to give a shout-out to @fightclub17, the first person on here to give me hints on how to find dsl. She posted her goodbye thread on here a few days ago and hasn't been back since, so I presume she is gone. I hope wherever she is now, she is at peace.

You mean antiemetics? The PPH says they're essential but that is not true. They are extremely helpful but not essential. I really wish I could get them but my doctor wouldn't prescribe them :(

It's just if I was a betting man I'd bet a large sum on you being an empathic and kind person. Most people on here are. It's the toll you pay for knowing what deep depression, sadness, pain, loneliness, you name it is like. And ffs the world needs more people who are kind and empathic not less.

Good luck, you got sn about the same time as me so I feel kinda connected. I remember that you were awaiting your sn and were questioning if it was gonna be alright with the import and all. I'm not leaving quite yet but possibly not long after you. Take care of yourself.
