I'm furious and exhausted. For so long I've held the pieces together for other people while everything inside me rotted. It's not just anger ... it's grief, betrayal, and a desperate, burning need to be seen. I don't want to be gentle with my truth right now. If you've ever been dismissed or used, you know this ache. I'm done pretending that what people did to me was just "ok" because it wasn't.

Yeah I know the feeling. It helps if you immerse yourself in something new bc it really doesn't make sense to feed the frustration. It just hurts.

I also feel like this, I think. I want the people and systems who've hurt me to know, to feel guilt, to be blamed, to suffer.

I don't know if it's right to feel this way. Or healthy. But I do.
