I'm furious and exhausted. For so long I've held the pieces together for other people while everything inside me rotted. It's not just anger ... it's grief, betrayal, and a desperate, burning need to be seen. I don't want to be gentle with my truth right now. If you've ever been dismissed or used, you know this ache. I'm done pretending that what people did to me was just "ok" because it wasn't.
