Discussion ctb-ing at 23 years old

I have been planning to ctb since I was 17 but finally deciding to go through with it now. Im about to turn 23 in February and will do it then. Is anybody else 23 and planning to ctb at this age?

I'm 24. Had a depressive spell at 13 when I first had suicidal thoughts, but since I was about 16 they've been pretty persistent. I held out for a long time but now any chance I had to live a nornal life has come and gone.

22 here, turning 23 soon. I'm seriously one inch away from just CTBing this weekend or sometime soon. Hope everyone else has better luck.

I'm 21. I do not know when I will ctb, I do not have in mind a specific date or age, but of course I never want to get old. I will exit when things get worse and I get desperate as only then I believe I will be able to overcome the SI. Life is so horrible. More than anything I wish I was never born.

Never wanted to live anywhere near the pension age . I think the ideal age for me is before hitting 40 . If I could access N easily in my location I would attempt tomorrow . I have SN but I worry it won't work for me based on what I read I would puke

I turn 24 in february. And I think 2022 is my ctb year.

25 going for 26. Tried all and put all effort before thinking of cbt'ing was the only way. Would recommend to do the same if that makes sense, just to be 110% sure, there's no real way back after the bus has left...

Ian Curtis died at 23. Quite the tragedy. But I completely understand why he did it. I'm in my late 20s and ready to go. Most SS members are in their late 20s to early 30s. It sucks that we are forced to make this decision in the first place. But apart of me is glad that I figured this out sooner than later. Being old, bitter and alone is my worst fear. I would rather avoid this even if it means ctb.

I tried to ctb when I was 9 or 10 years old. I made note when I was 23 and now I am 25 ready to ctb end of the year. I am actually going to practice tomorrow. If I succeed then hooray! If not I will try again next week.

I'm 24 and don't plan to make it to 25. It's scary hearing older people saying they wish they'd done it when they were younger but then thankfully, ctb is probably one of the only things that's never too late.

This is a common theme on here no matter how old you are. I am just glad that this will all be over soon. I have been putting it off for far too long. At some point you have to face the facts.
