Help Ctb in a full house

My house is basically always full of people but even so i dont want to ctb anywhere else, are there any quiet and accessible methods to not draw too much attention? I was planning to hang myself but i heard of the convulsions you might get before dying and wonder if they wont be too loud, especially that most of my family lives a floor lower, sometimes they can even hear me just walking around

What about ligature strangulation? It's fast like hanging but you won't kick with your feet like during a hanging. You can do it in your bed then you will just pass out there and be found there.

Yeah i agree with ligature strangulation. Its pretty quiet. But its really hard to get right (at least for me). I just tried it a couple minutes ago.

Yes the issue is not applying enough pressure and the knot being done quickly- I wanted to do fsh but I don't have any anchor points - I tried to tie a ligature and couldn't get it right as I was too focused on how I needed to the reef knot so the pressure could actually stay

Is ligature strangulation effective. I haven't heard many cases of it being used
