Venting CTB and hallucinations / vivid dreams / spiritual experiences

When I've attempted CTB or when I'm planning it. I have these strange experiences or vivid dreams - seeing shadow like figures, glowing orbs, feeling this strange presence around me, someone breathing on me or I'll hear whispers. I'm just wondering if this is common theme? What's everyone's thoughts is this some kind of psychosis or delirium? I had a dream last night I was watching my body from above it was weird like I was still in my bed in my room but I'd taken SN or some kind of poison and was in bed crying for help in so much pain suffering and regretting my decision because of this pain begging for someone to help me then I woke. Is this my brains way of processing how I feel or a warning sign like now I'm considering changing my method over a dream lol

I once drank my SN in a dream of mine. I even got a glimpse of the afterlife in my dream.
I forgot to take my meto in my dream and for some reason i found it funny inside my dream

I've had some similar experiences.
If you're open to woo woo explanations, it's apparently because you're in a low vibrational state, and thus attract dark entities which tends to give negative astral experiences.
The regret you see might also be them trying to warn you.
