Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is it normal to cry a lot for no reason at all or when listening to music?
I always see people talking about how they find it so difficult to cry no matter the circumstances while some others just cry all the time and I always wondered why
I myself breaking down crying for no reason at all often or when listening to music and it doesn't make me feel good thankfully I'm good at hiding it hehe sometimes the urge to cry happen out of nowhere in a crowded place which is not nice

First of all, I want to send you a big virtual hug. Please know that you are absolutely not alone in feeling this way, and yes, what you are experiencing is completely normal.
People are simply wired differently when it comes to processing emotions. Just like some people struggle to shed a single tear even when they are deeply sad, others have their emotions sitting right at the surface. Neither way is "wrong" it is just how our individual bodies and nervous systems handle the world. Try not to be too hard on yourself when these sudden waves hit. You are simply someone who feels things deeply, and that sensitivity is a very valid and beautiful way to exist in the world.
