Crisis team has been to my home every day this week. They told me to stop thinking about ending my life go outside breath fresh air be in nature like WTF cos that's gonna work they also said the normal shit like it gets better you just have to change your thought process when you get the thoughts of ending your life think of your family or things you enjoy I was flabbergasted like are you trying to make me more suicidal can't believe they say this stuff they treated me like a child and they actually thought I would hand my SN over they also offered me benzos to help me sleep and fluoxetine pills anyone know anything about fluoxetine

they can't force you to take drugs. if you want them out of there, probably start lying.
