Venting Crash me out of this life

Every day I wake up in a prison of my own creation. The first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing I think about before falling asleep is killing myself, but I'm too much of a coward to do it (I've tried twice and couldn't get my muscles to do the things my conscious brain wanted them to do). I just had a generational crash out in front of my parents all over fucking shipping packages for something I sold on eBay, screaming and banging the table everything. I need to murder myself immediately. Why am I even posting this.
