Correct my plan SN please

Protocol on 1 day because in 2 days I deflate....

This is my protocol sn on. 1day because on 2 days I get tired at the beginning of the 2nd day

I support meto i have already tried it..

D-Day:

-Meto 10 mg morning 8h morning medication and my usual treatment: 150 mg sertraline + 400 mg carbamazepine + 10 mg diazepam

I finish eating around 1:15 pm (last family lunch, I will try not to overeat).

-Meto 10 mg 16h

I drink very little water at noon.

Do not eat or drink between 1:15 and 11:15...fast of 10 h

No medication at night.

23h: 1000mg painkiller

-23:15 Meto 3*10 mg

-23:40 3*10 mg of diazepam I take with a little water... I have a resistance to diazepam that I have been taking for 2, 3 years every day 10 mg morning and 10 mg evening....

-Preparation of 3 glasses between 23:45 and 24:05 (midnight 5) it takes 20 min time to weigh, prepare the 3 glasses and mix well...

sn 25 g (weighed on scale) then mixed in 50 ml of water... water measured with a pitcher. if it is not high enough I add 20 ml of wate.
I would have made 3 drinks..drinks made.on glass so as not.to spill the second if i'm all dizzy.

-24 h 05: 200 mg of propranolol permed for 2 years but I only have that with a little water (5 tablets of 40 mg) I swallow with a little water.
I dont know if i will take it at thé end ...

Sn not tested but comes from Portugal and people died with it. Sn received last November but marked May 2025 on the packaging

midnight 10: drink the first glass

- Mouthwash to remove the taste after

-half-sitting, half lying position ,to be well but not ton vomit.

-a basin next to me to vomit in

- If I vomit, I drink the 2nd glass again and if I see again, I drink the 3rd.

I will be alone at least from 12:15 to 10:15... 10 hours only minimum.

No need for antacids. I read what Nitzschke said.

I only have a couple personal suggestions, they should probably be seen as my own opinions. Make your own decisions.

Type	Yours	Suggestion
Position	half-sitting, half lying position	Stomach would empty faster if angled to the right side of your body. Maybe you could maintain the same half lying/half sitting, but angled towards the right with something to make sure you don't fall over.
Taste	Mouthwash	Could just get one of those flavored mouth sprays for tongue numbing. Would probably be better for taste alone than mouthwash. I haven't compared the two yet though I will need to. Could also just rinse mouth with water flavored with those caffeine flavor drops they sell at gas stations and spit out afterwards, those are extremely strong tasting if you mix more than the label says. Another suggestion for taste could be to use a straw. I know for sure that I will use a bendy straw past my tongue. Some might get on the tongue using a straw, but like soda, it won't touch the teeth/between the teeth as much so the taste can get washed out faster.
antiacid	No antiacid	I'm torn on this, but in my personal research, I was thinking about taking it to lessen the acidic feeling from throwing up, which might be worth the trade off, but I still haven't reached a conclusion even for myself.

I am no expert.

There have been reports of abdominal pain after taking SN. I think it might be due to production of gases NO and NO2 after interaction of SN and stomach acid. The answer might be in lessening stomach acid to prevent production of NO and NO2 by taking PPIs, H2 blockers and antacids. I made a detailed post on this a few days ago..

I have propranolol, but I've been on it for years. I don't think I'll take it. The PPH said there's no need either. For CT, you need to fast for at least 8 hours, use an antiemetic, and not be found for several hours.

The reason the PPeH says PPIs, H2 blockers, antacids are not needed as "the benefit of potentiation cannot be established". Potentiation is basically enhancing the potency of a drug. SN at the recommended amount is already quite potent. So potentiation is not really the question at hand here.The moot point is if it would help avoid any possible pain or discomfort.

Propranolol is used to avoid the tachycardia or the racing heart symptoms one would experience after taking SN which might possibly induce people to panic. Taking propranolol would help avoid tachycardia and possibly also speed time to CTB by making the heart to go into cardiac arrest which is what is said in the PPeH.

But given that some people may find it difficult to source in some places, they've made it optional saying it's more of an additional thing rather than something that's strictly necessary. I think they've left it out of the protocol from a need to make it easier for people who may have sourcing difficulties and also to make it simpler to follow.

I fully agree with your reasoning. There are guidelines, of course, and a lot of information here on SS. But everyone is different. Drug tolerance can vary for several factors. We know that fasting, antiemetics, and SN are sufficient for CTB. The rest are accessories to make the experience peaceful. It's up to us to make the right decisions about any drug changes, dosage adjustments, and timing management. Obviously, this is my opinion, and the discussion among us is a powerful tool we have here.
