Help Considering not taking my meds for a few days prior to ctb

I'm considering stopping my meds a few days prior to when I'll likely attempt next week (timing is dependent on if I can get a firearm again by then). I haven't gone cold turkey off my meds in 9 years, and they've definitely changed a lot since then. I'm hoping it'll help reduce survival instinct if it slows down my thoughts enough.
When I forget for one day I tend to feel both slow and irritable. If I can amplify this effect, I might finally build the nerve to pull the trigger. (I don't know if you've ever held a gun to yourself, but it's terrifying whether you want to die or not.)
Does anyone have any thoughts on this or experiences with stopping their meds? I'm currently on Lithium, Lamictal, Wellbutrin, and Vraylar if you know anything about those too.

Stopping Wellbutrin sucks. I went cold turkey off my gabapentin, duloxetine, and bupropion all at once a few years back. I was sick, violently angry, and in withdrawals for two weeks. Screw psych meds.

Honestly fair. They've kept me alive for the past decade, but that doesn't mean they've kept me happy or stable
