Does anyone else deal with suicidal thoughts while having an extreme fear of death? I feel as though the two interact and make me spiral down a pit that's hard to bounce back from. Any tips to try to get over this?
Sometimes thoughts like a fer of death can grow to dominate one's thinking because of a lack of other activities or interests in one's life. If thoughts such as a disproportionate fear of death loom in one's thoughts it can make suicide seem like a potential remedy. One strategy is to pursue multiple activities such that the thoughts cannot grow so large.
