Thanks for compiling these. I'm quite interested in the partial method. I've purchased a few ropes and will formulate another plan around this method.

I think most people that are successful do it worth partialIt's because for most people it doesn't work. If you go in the hanging megathread, you'll see how many people say that it's not working for them. But you can try if you want, you won't lose much doing it.
I just say that if you really want to die, you should consider full suspension, since it's guaranteed to work.
can someone send the real statistics? is partial actually more common than full suspensionI think most people that are successful do it worth partial
This is a great resource. But also i think people should know they don't need to watch these. It can be traumatising depending on the person watching's state of mind. Not so for people who are used to watching videos on wpd. That's why I think it's important for people to see this. If they can't handle the outcome then I don't think it's fair to inflict it onto others.
I can understand why people who ctb wouldn't want to see this this
no I don't think it's important. It's a good resource for those who want to watch, but there's no necessity to watch to allow a successful attempt. I'm also concerned that the videos are introducing people to wpd which could be a big problem if they're unprepared. This shit is so traumatizing but personally I think it's important for anyone wanting to attempt any kinda ctb should see both successful and unsuccessful attempts of their chosen method
Sorry but I really can't agree with that. How are the two comparable? Some of the stuff on wpd is potentially very harmful. You only have to realise that bystanders are laughing and joking while someone is tied up and burned alive, or dismembered to see the effects of habituation. I'm being perhaps hypocritical because I've watched wpd as a form of self-harm, but really it is truly disgusting and amoral and has no worth. What worth is there in watching someones agonising death in various ways, torture? It reinforces anyones views if they think it is ok to do this level of cruelty, or at least reinforces someone's views that humans are inherently evil. Which can't be beneficial in any way.having a life truly not worth living (sub5 male) is way more traumatizing than watching people getting dismembered alive tbh
If you are talking about the convulsions they are unconscious while it's happening so they don't feel anything or know it's happeningcant stand the thought of my body trying to thrash out of it and having to hold myself down. it seems torturous, but i now know what to expect if things get bad enough and there is no other way
wow , thank you for letting me know ,, it really looked to me like they were fighting back voluntarily. that is interesting and a tad comfortingIf you are talking about the convulsions they are unconscious while it's happening so they don't feel anything or know it's happening
I have never seen a photo or video where that happens..i can't view these. is it true the eyes sometimes can pop out? that's what scares me the most. i don't want anyone to see me like that. i would wear something over my head
with partial suspension, i heard you can still breathe while dying. it doesn't necessarily block the windpipe. but what about full suspension? It's because for most people it doesn't work. If you go in the hanging megathread, you'll see how many people say that it's not working for them. But you can try if you want, you won't lose much doing it.
I just say that if you really want to die, you should consider full suspension, since it's guaranteed to work.
what is the main problem with only partial hanging, do you think it's survival instinct only? It's because for most people it doesn't work. If you go in the hanging megathread, you'll see how many people say that it's not working for them. But you can try if you want, you won't lose much doing it.
I just say that if you really want to die, you should consider full suspension, since it's guaranteed to work.
Did you also get injected with an antipsychotic medication? That's why I'm here.Watching these is pretty easy for me with anhedonia and emotional blunting.
The worst part is that I want to try but can't get the motivation to find a place or the cognition to make the required rope
it's sad that in this modern day we can't Chose to end our lives easily if we want too
Very important thread, watching 'em is comforting, unironicallyI believe that people that come to the conclusion of hanging themselves full suspension have a phase in which they are into partial suspension, desperately trying to get it to work. So I decided to create a collection of successful partial suspension hanging attempts in video format, for research purposes. This should be useful to all aspiring partial suspension hangers. Obviously, these days I advise against partial suspension hanging, but I am aware that not everyone is ready for full suspension hanging yet, since they haven't yet felt the frustration that comes from not getting partial suspension hanging to work.
