"This place made me feel worthless"

In January, my mom called a crisis team on me and they told her to ignore me when I'm depressed and that I wasn't actually suicidal, I was just having "tantrums." She took their advice.

I walked down to the highway while they were there and almost stepped in front of one of the many 18-wheelers already barely missing hitting me.

I will never trust my mom again.

Jumping out of a taxi. Doesn't sound like too bad of an idea, but terribly painful, at the least. I think about it all the time.

my brother had to go to piss while we were on the highway, so we pulled over. And i stood there watching a real large truck go by and only had a few seconds to choose and i very regrettably didnt, i could feel it breeze by me. but i think its ironic because we were driving to my friends funeral, and he ctb'd on a highway.

I've had thoughts about jumping out of vehicles tried to do that on the subway train but the doors automatically locked and the train stopped.

i grew up and live in NYC. taking the trains every day is a psychological nightmare. the amount of times i've fantasized about throwing myself into an incoming train are countless.
even when i'm actually on the train, the doors open between the carts and im sure if i jumped onto the tracks between the cables, id become human soup. i've always had to hold myself back. half because i know that being hit by a metro train entering the station is survivable, and half because the tracks are absolutely filthy and its just a nasty place to die in. (i have standards lol)

but nothing beats the elevated tracks. just the height alone can be enough to kill you. the closest ive ever been to actually jumping was at an elevated metro station, high out of my mind- it was so weird, i felt my legs move on their own and a sudden calmness. i felt so sure i would die, if i just jumped. but i guess SI kicked in, and i pinned myself to a wall in the middle of the platform. i had never felt so scared of myself before.
