And I found a full bottle of Tylenol and a full bottle of Zoloft. I'm thinking tonight I down both bottles and wash all the pills down with a stiff drink.

Please don't. Tylenol (acetaminophen/paracetamol) is a slow, painful way to go. It causes irreversible liver damage that plays out over weeks or months. Zoloft (sertraline) is unlikely to be fatal but will mess you up and cause some pretty unpleasant symptoms:

I know that. I was wondering bc OP also mentioned "pills" I assumed they have other pills, too.
